EMPLOYMENT OPPORTUNITY
FIRE DISPATCHER
The Smithfield, RI Fire Department is seeking qualified candidates to establish an eligibility list for the position of Fire Dispatcher.
Minimum Requirements:
- Must be 18 years or older
- Must be a U.S. Citizen
- Must possess a valid driver's license
- Must possess a High School Diploma or G.E.D.
- A current Rhode Island E.M.T. License or ERM License is preferred, but not required
- Must be able to work rotating shifts including days, nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Experience using multiple line telephones, computers, two-way radios preferred
Completed applications must be submitted no later that November 8. 2022.
