Fire Prevention Specialist (Fire Inspector)
The Millburn Fire Department, Fire Prevention Bureau is seeking to immediately fill full-time in addition to part-time Fire Prevention Specialist (Fire Inspector) positions. The position of full-time will total 40 hours, while the part-time position will total 20 hours per week. Competitive salary with pro-rated personal leave offered. Applicant must be 18 years of age or older and possess and maintain a valid NJ Driver’s license. Applicant must possess of a current, valid Fire Inspector Certification issued by the New Jersey Department of Community Affairs. Please attach a copy of your certification with your completed application. Failure to do so will result in ineligibility. Applicants who possess the higher level certification as a Fire Official are considered to have met the above certification requirement.
